Established in 2001 by Cordon Bleu chef Karen Ellisdon, Premier Cuisine provides a personal, professional service together with superb cuisine. All menus are interchangable and can be personalised to suit your requirements.
Karen trained at the Cordon Bleu School in Marylebone Lane, London and holds a full Diploma. For the past 19 years she has cooked in the City producing lunches and corporate functions for Directors’ Dining Rooms.
With the experienced gained from this, she felt it was time for a change and in 2001 established Premier Cuisine.
