*Bowl Food (Hot Fork Buffets)
This is a way of feeding a lot of people in a marquee or venue without seating them as they come to a food station and are offered a selection of hot food in a bowl with a spoon, the idea is they can come up a few times as the bowls are fairly small and therefore easy to hold while standing.

This concept works well for parties and is a less formal way of dining.
